The Opportunity


We’re looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to take ownership of a high-growth market segment across Victoria. You’ll work closely with a strong network of distributors, helping them sell more, more often.


  • Own and grow a high-turnover portfolio with untapped potential
  • Build deep, consultative relationships
  • Hunt and close new business
  • Travel up to 2 nights/month across VIC


Who You Are


  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in building materials, trade supply or distribution
  • A proven hunter who builds pipeline, generates leads and closes with confidence
  • You run your patch with energy, accountability and a consultative approach
  • A confident communicator and natural coach, trusted by tradies, sales teams and decision-makers
  • You use data, insights and CRM to drive strategy and results
  • You show up with ideas, deliver quick wins and build momentum
