What you'll be doing
- Own and grow a long-term, valued client base across Queensland and Northern NSW
- Open new industrial accounts across beef, poultry, seafood and food processing
- Build a commercial customer base of butchers, delis and food-related businesses
- Own the full sales cycle, guided by a proven, structured sales process built for success
- Report weekly on pipeline, activity and conversion
What you bring
You're a sales professional who takes ownership of your territory, manages your time effectively and never stops looking for new opportunities.
You'll have a proven track record of winning new business, growing existing accounts and consistently achieving strong sales results. Most importantly, you've succeeded in commission-based environments before and are motivated by the opportunity to build your income through performance.
You don't need experience selling equipment, technical solutions or working within food manufacturing. What matters is your ability to build relationships, ask the right questions, identify opportunities and convert them into long-term customers.
You'll also bring
- Strong B2B sales experience with a history of achieving or exceeding targets
- Confidence prospecting and opening new opportunities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A structured, process-driven approach to managing a sales territory
- Commercial curiosity and the ability to learn new industries and products
- The drive and self-motivation to succeed in a predominantly field-based role
