Regional Marketing Analyst

The Regional Marketing Analyst supports the Marketing team and Sales Operations in the Audi Western Region. Responsibilities include sales/marketing performance reporting, regional marketing campaign execution, sponsorship management and event activation, vehicle fleet coordination, Region and Dealer meeting planning, monthly invoicing and budget management, and general office administration.

Understanding of the automotive business and/or prior automotive experience (retail or corporate) is preferred. Must have an advanced understanding of Microsoft Office products, specifically PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of Tableau is a bonus. Candidate must be high-energy with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Must also be able to interact with various types of clients, including corporate, regional and dealership personnel. This is a full-time position and work-from-home-based role with a preferred location in the Los Angeles metropolitan area.

Role Responsibilities:

Marketing Support

• Regional event/sponsorship planning, support, event activation, and analysis

• Regional and Dealer Ad Group campaign support and administration

• Monthly invoicing, liaison to Accounts Payable, regional budget reconciliation, and management of non-media spend

• Ad hoc reporting and analysis in support of marketing

• General Office Administration

• Vehicle pool fleet management and administration

• Organization and management of marketing documents in shared folder

• Sales Operations Support

• Ad hoc reporting and analysis in support of sales and customer experience functions


Qualifications

Required

• 2-5 years of relevant experience

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Project management and implementation skills

• Passion for the Audi brand and desire to be part of the automotive industry

• Good knowledge of portfolio of domestic & import luxury model ranges

• Strong teamwork, presentation, and communication skills and ability to work with all management levels

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Outlook

Desired

• General understanding of automotive business processes in corporate and field organization

• Relevant retail or corporate automotive experience

• Resource management


Work Flexibility:

• Full-time contract position in Audi Western Region (LA area preferred)

• Work-from-home-based, fully-remote position

• Travel requirement for meetings and events = 20%
