Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with deep expertise in mechatronics, robotics, and automation systems. This is a hands-on, high-tech role supporting advanced equipment such as conveyors, CNC machinery, and systems used in engine camshaft production. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of industrial experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and can work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair conveyor systems, robotic equipment, and CNC machinery
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues across high-tech systems
• Perform diagnostics and repairs without a journeyman card (equivalent experience accepted)
• Support precision operations in engine component manufacturing
• Work flexible hours and participate in overtime as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong electrical background and proven mechanical aptitude
• Hands-on experience with mechatronics, robotics, and automated systems
• Must have worked in industrial environments (residential or commercial-only experience will not be considered)
• Candidates with farm or family farm experience involving machinery are encouraged to apply
• Willingness to work overtime—total compensation may exceed base rate

Candidates should be able to clearly explain:

• Types of machines they have worked on
• Nature of repairs performed
• A specific troubleshooting challenge and how it was resolved

Additional assets:

• Technical education or certifications (not required but beneficial)
• Journeyman card is not required if experience is equivalent
