Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Advisor Associate to join our Advisor Care team and provide financial planning and operational support to advisor partners. This role plays a key part in supporting advanced planning initiatives, preparing proposal recommendations, and ensuring the accuracy of planning submissions. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to the growth of a dynamic financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process Advanced Planning submissions through Advisory Alpha’s proprietary technology platforms.
• Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure planning submissions are accurate and complete.
• Prepare preliminary proposal recommendations for prospective clients using Advisory Alpha’s managed investment strategies.
• Provide operational and compliance support to Advisor Consultants on client accounts.
• Assist with advisor book-of-business transitions for new and existing financial advisor partners.
• Support cross-functional business initiatives and assist other teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or finance
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Series 65 or 66 license preferred, or willingness to obtain shortly after hire.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to contribute to a growing organization.
