$25–$32/hr + overtime (50–55 hrs/week typical)

Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Regular overtime (currently 50–55 hours/week)
- Occasional Saturdays
- Work across Liberty and Greenville, SC facilities
What You’ll Do
- Assemble automated machinery and equipment from mechanical drawings
- Fit, align, and install mechanical components and subassemblies
- Document build changes, issues, and progress updates
- Collaborate with Machine Build Leads to resolve technical challenges
- Operate shop equipment such as mill, lathe, and drill press
- Follow ISO quality and safety standards throughout the build process
- Support equipment testing, adjustment, and final build completion
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Hands-on automation or machine build experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and assembly skills
- Ability to read part and assembly drawings (intermediate level)
- Comfortable working independently and on a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied physical positions
Preferred
- Experience building custom automation or production equipment
- Vocational or technical training in mechanical trades
- Shop machining experience
Additional Details
- Ability to obtain Forklift, Aerial Lift, Overhead Crane, and LOTO certifications (provided)
- Must supply basic hand tools (recommended list provided)
- ~20% travel possible (domestic or international depending on project)
- Shop-floor working interview required
