🔹 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, program, and maintain Allen-Bradley PLCs and Ladder Logic systems.
• Diagnose and repair 480V 3-phase motor controls, 120V AC, and 24V DC circuits.
• Read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, single-line diagrams, and wiring schematics.
• Work with test and calibration equipment (RTD calibrators, multimeters, 4-20mA units, etc.).
• Ensure safety compliance, including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures.
• Be a key player in hazmat response when needed.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

✔ Required:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Journeyman Electrical/Maintenance License (Michigan).
• 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical & mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to work weekends and off-shift hours when needed

✔ Preferred:

• Experience in a food processing environment.
• Familiarity with SAP/PPE systems.
• Strong computer skills with a willingness to learn new technology.
