As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll own and grow strategic customer relationships across North America, partnering with some of the world’s most innovative semiconductor manufacturers and OEMs. This is a high-visibility role with direct influence on revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term customer success. What You’ll Do
- Own and grow 5–10 strategic semiconductor customer accounts across North America
- Develop and execute account strategies that expand revenue and market share
- Build executive-level relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
- Identify new opportunities within OEM and end-user customers
- Partner with the Sales Director to drive regional growth strategy
- Lead customer engagements, presentations, and technical sales discussions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure exceptional customer experience and delivery
- Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs
- Forecast revenue and manage pipeline performance
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer sites
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Worked in an Account Manager position, managing semiconductor OEM customers (e.g. AMAT, Lam, KLA, ...).
- Worked as a semiconductor supplier, at an OEM and/or an end Fab customer (e.g. Intel, ...).
- Proven success in technical or capital equipment sales
- Experience selling into the semiconductor ecosystem
- Track record of growing key accounts and exceeding targets
- Strong executive presence and relationship-building ability
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on sales execution
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
