Job Title: Quality Inspector III

Location: Hudson, NH

Pay Rate: $25–$30/hr

Summary:

As a Quality Inspector III, you will play a vital role in ensuring our aerospace products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves performing incoming, in-process, and final inspections across multiple product types and assemblies to guarantee compliance with technical specifications and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect products and subassemblies according to technical documentation for incoming, in-process, and final inspection phases.
  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections on PCBAs, fabricated mechanical parts, and cables.
  • Perform inspections on purged products as required.
  • Record inspection results in the Manufacturing Execution System.
  • Generate non-conformance and defect reports when necessary.
  • Conduct first article inspections to support component/part qualification.
  • Interpret specifications and part prints accurately.
  • Support engineering and operations with various quality assurance tasks.
  • Adhere to all quality, safety, and work rules.
  • Monitor and track critical equipment and instrumentation.
  • Enforce FOE/FOD, ESD, and Calibration protocols.
  • Collaborate to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Candidate Requirements:

  • Ability to work across all inspection scopes.
  • Experience with final inspections and understanding of assembly revisions and multi-level assemblies.
  • Active IPC-A-610 certification and hands-on experience with Class 3 products.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • IPC-A-610 certification (active preferred) with proven PCBA inspection experience.
  • Cable inspection experience; IPC-A-620 certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing quality control environment.
  • Experience with ISO-9001 and/or AS9100 quality systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of plating and conversion coating specifications.
  • Experience with Aegis Factory Logix software.
  • Background in aerospace or defense industries.
