Position: Construction Project Manager
Location: Des Moines, Iowa
Pay: $50.-54.00/hr

Position Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for managing, developing, and implementing projects of varying complexity and size within the assigned functional area. This role partners with business stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects and the achievement of desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects from inception to completion.
- Facilitate project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine project scope and objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals.
- Design detailed project plans, develop timelines, identify project milestones, and track progress against goals and deadlines.
- Identify, track, and resolve project issues by working with others.
- Monitor and communicate project status to project teams and stakeholders.
- Plan and monitor project budgets; conduct research and analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Provide input into the design and development of project plans and schedules.
- Manage project risk using quality tools; work collaboratively to identify solutions and alternatives.
- Document and share lessons learned throughout the team and organization.
- Maintain project records, including notes and databases; regularly communicate project status to project sponsors and stakeholders.
- Identify and assign appropriate resources to project tasks; guide and coach team members throughout project phases.
- Provide developmental feedback to team members.

Experience
- 5–10 years of relevant project management experience
Work Schedule & Interview Process
- Monday–Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
- Interview Process: 1-hour Zoom interview (scheduled by the manager when ready)
