Field Service Representative (ISV Support) – Ft. Campbell

Location: Ft. Campbell, KY (Onsite)

Position Summary

We are seeking Field Service Representatives (FSRs) to provide onsite sustainment support for Infantry Squad Vehicles (ISV) at Ft. Campbell. This role ensures vehicles remain mission-ready through maintenance, diagnostics, and repair activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on ISV platforms.
• Troubleshoot and repair vehicle systems to maintain operational readiness.
• Support sustainment operations and ongoing vehicle readiness initiatives.
• Perform retrofit and upgrade activities as required.
• Manage parts ordering and inventory tracking.
• Complete weekly status and maintenance reports.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures for materials handling.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of technician experience (automotive, military, or heavy equipment).
• Ability to interpret U.S. Army Technical Manuals.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Must be fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting military vehicle platforms.
• Prior sustainment or field service experience.
• Familiarity with defense or government programs.

Work Environment

• Onsite at Ft. Campbell, KY.
• Military support environment with hands-on mechanical work.

Additional Requirements

• Must complete training in Milford, MI and Warren, MI prior to assignment.
