Export & Non-Retail Operations Analyst
Overview
The Export & Non-Retail Operations Analyst is a dual-purpose role supporting both Export and Non-Retail (Envolve) operations. This position bridges day-to-day execution with strategic support to ensure alignment, efficiency, and continuity across functions.
This role requires someone who can balance priorities, shift context quickly, and collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Export Operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, interfacing daily with internal teams, suppliers, and international dealers/distributors
- Track and manage all export orders from Order-to-Delivery (OTD)
- Communicate with customers on order issues, including rejects, changes, and cancellations
- Monitor and update Manufacturing Validation Build (MVB) status on a weekly basis
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and product teams on issues impacting export launches
- Escalate risks and issues to Export Operations leadership
- Prepare manual invoices for MVBs as needed
- Coordinate logistics and financial transactions, including:
- Credit & rebill
- Reconsignments
- Special moves (air freight, spot buys, etc.)
- Generate and review weekly reporting on:
- Orders not released for production
- Missing or delayed Target Production Weeks (TPW)
- Orders built but not released to logistics
- Partner with offshore plants to resolve system and process issues
- Participate in monthly demand and logistics calls with global markets
- Manage Order Workbench (OWB) access for export dealers
- Coordinate with IT to resolve system-related issues
- Support shipment inquiries with logistics and port processors
- Execute ad hoc reporting across multiple internal systems
Non-Retail Operations
- Support weekly leadership reviews with reporting and presentation materials
- Calculate and report weekly Balance-to-Go (BTG) against fleet forecast vs. actuals
- Monitor order placement to ensure alignment with approved plans
- Identify scheduling and production issues and provide data-driven insights
- Support fleet production scheduling and planning activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause resolution
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working with diverse, global customer needs
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Power BI dashboards (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple systems and workflows simultaneously

- VOM / Order Workbench (OWB)
- POMS, VTIMS, BARS
- V-Logistics (DF Young)
- GMDID, VinView (Freight Verify)
