2nd shift Warehouse Process Specialist

Location: Whiteland, IN

Pay Rate: $26/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Position Summary

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Process Specialist to join our team in Whiteland, IN. In this role, you will focus on supporting the processing of closed parts, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations on the evening shift.

Key Responsibilities

Closed Parts Processing

-     Write up, locate, receive, and process closed parts.

-     Resolve issues related to closed part (CP) cases, including incomplete packing slips and missing information, based on feedback from planning.

-     Assist with organizing and cleaning up closed part (CP) areas.

Systems & Discrepancy Resolution

-     Utilize internal applications related to closed parts.

-     View and cross-reference Order Management Systems (OMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to resolve discrepancies, such as matching advanced shipping notices (ASNs) across systems.

Urgent Part Management

-     Assist management in locating urgent parts that require immediate receiving or further processing and movement.

Process Compliance

-     Ensure strict adherence to all standard receiving procedures as established and agreed upon by leadership.

Qualifications

-     Experience:

-     Minimum 1 year of experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably within a warehouse environment.

-     Education:

-     High school diploma or equivalent required.
