Now Hiring: Electronics Manufacturing Engineer (Defense/Aerospace)

Location: Hudson, NH (100% onsite)

Long-term contract with full benefits

Pay: $50–55/hr


We’re seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support advanced defense and aerospace programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-mix environment and enjoys driving process improvements, solving production challenges, and collaborating cross-functionally. This role is open ONLY to US Citizens as all candidates must be eligible for secret security clearance (clearance requires US Citizenship). Please note, clearance isn’t required to start (only eligibility). Candidates who are Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders), TN visa holders, H1B or F1 (OPT/CPT) candidates are NOT permitted in this role. This role is NOT open to corp2corp (C2C) or corp2hire (C2H)


What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, work instructions, and procedures

• Partner with design engineering to ensure manufacturability and producibility

• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and improve throughput

• Lead Lean / Six Sigma initiatives focused on cost, quality, and efficiency

• Support equipment integration and implementation of manufacturing technologies

• Drive root cause analysis and resolution of production and quality issues

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure material and equipment availability

• Maintain documentation including SOPs, ECOs, and process flows


What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related)

• Experience in a manufacturing engineering role (defense or aerospace preferred)

• Background in electronic assembly, CNC machining, or testing processes

• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement

• Experience with PFMEA, MES systems, and process documentation

• Ability to interpret production data and drive improvements

• Familiarity with Aegis FactoryLogix is a plus


Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in defense or aerospace manufacturing environments

• Familiarity with AS9100, ITAR, and NADCAP standards

• CAD/CAM proficiency or additive manufacturing experience
