Warranty Analyst


Location: Oshkosh, WI

Contract Length: 6 months (possible extension or direct hire)

Compensation: $25/hour + optional benefits during contract phase

Schedule & Work Environment


Standard Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Must be flexible to accommodate international customers and calls
  • Occasional overtime may be required
  • Hybrid flexibility available, but no fixed WFH schedule
  • Some weeks may require 5 days onsite
  • Other weeks may allow up to 2 days remote
  • Schedule varies based on workload, team responsibilities, and business needs


Position Overview

The Warranty Analyst provides leadership and direction to ensure quality standards are exceeded and customer expectations are met. This role focuses on continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing labor and material costs while maintaining exceptional service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

Warranty Administration

  • Document and maintain all warranty repairs using a database filing system
  • Initiate work order numbers for incoming warranty claims
  • Track and analyze repetitive warranty issues

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to resolve recurring warranty claims
  • Maintain strong knowledge of newly developed products

Service Technician Coordination

  • Schedule Service Technicians for road-based warranty repairs
  • Arrange all travel logistics including:
  • Flights
  • Rental cars
  • Hotels
  • Expense advances
  • Work locations
  • Develop and maintain emergency contact lists for technicians in the field
  • Develop, document, and maintain training materials for all three levels of Service Technicians

Systems & Reporting

  • Utilize OneWorld and Microsoft Office systems effectively
  • Maintain accurate data entry and reporting


Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree and three (3) years of related experience
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two (2)+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Prior services and warranty experience


Working Conditions


This is primarily an office-based role. Specific conditions may vary based on business needs.

  • Professional office environment with standard lighting and temperature control
  • Largely sedentary work requiring extended computer and phone use
  • Visual acuity required for reading documents and computer screens
  • Ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings
  • Occasional walking, standing, or reaching within the office
