What You’ll Do

  • Provide Data Leadership:
  • Support Manufacturing Services Launch Group with critical data analysis for new vehicle program launches.
  • Work with large datasets to identify trends, duplicate parts, or improvement opportunities.
  • Reduce manual data entry by proposing and implementing process improvements.
  • Develop Insights & Visualizations:
  • Design and deliver data visualizations and reports for cross-functional teams.
  • Build interactive dashboards using Power BI and Databricks to monitor KPIs like inventory turns, lead times, and asset utilization.
  • Collaborate & Communicate:
  • Work closely with data leads, engineers, procurement, and maintenance teams.
  • Present insights and recommendations to customers and leadership.
  • Drive System & Process Excellence:
  • Analyze and optimize BOMs and MRO inventory data to improve stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Support the implementation and upgrades of SAP, Maximo, Infor, and similar ERP/CMMS systems.
  • Ensure data governance by validating master data, part numbers, and technical documentation.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to standardize and rationalize parts, supporting sourcing and cost-reduction initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years in a data analysis role (manufacturing/supply chain environment preferred).
  • Prior experience with SAP is required.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced SQL skills for extraction and manipulation.
  • Proficiency with Power BI (Power Bricks experience a plus); Databricks, Tableau a bonus.
  • Strong Excel abilities (pivot tables, advanced functions, lookups).
  • Experience with ERP/CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo, Oracle, Infor).
  • Analytical Excellence:
  • Deep understanding of MRO materials, maintenance operations, or BOM structures.
  • Strong data validation, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis in support of operational excellence.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Able to relay technical findings clearly to non-technical teammates.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
