Role Overview
The Learning Strategist is a pivotal role dedicated to crafting, developing, and delivering impactful learning solutions across a diverse educational landscape. Using a customer-centric design ethos, you will uncover opportunities, conduct lean experiments, and envision innovative customer experiences.
In this role, you will collaborate extensively with product owners, researchers, and creative teams to define the evolutionary trajectory of our digital products and ensure all educational experiences transcend customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Design & Development

Needs Assessment: Perform job-task analysis to define clear learning objectives and determine the most effective performance enhancement strategies.

Curriculum Creation: Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to craft course content for both traditional and digital modalities.

Innovation: Design varied training methodologies including simulations, e-Learning, role-plays, and lectures.

Continuous Improvement: Modify existing materials based on evaluation methods and data-driven outcomes to ensure training effectiveness.
Learning Strategy & Stakeholder Collaboration

Strategic Alignment: Partner with business units to identify essential competencies and strategic goals for all training engagements.

SMART Objectives: Establish specific, measurable metrics for all programs and implement evaluation frameworks to gauge tangible impact on organizational performance.

Liaison: Serve as the primary bridge between the business and training teams, securing buy-in for global initiatives.

Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of project initiatives, including risk mitigation, resource management, and timely delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential Skills

Instructional Design: Expertise in adult learning theories and engaging content creation.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to evaluate training effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data.

Digital Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning tools such as Articulate 360/Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, Camtasia, and LMS platforms.

User-Centric Design: Strong focus on creating accessible, impactful, and learner-centered content.

Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills to influence strategic decisions.
Experience & Education

Experience: 3–5 years in Learning and Development, specifically designing and evaluating programs in a corporate or global environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Certifications: ATD, CPTM, or LPI certifications are highly desirable. PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus.
