Field Service Representative (ISV Support) – Travel-Based

Location: Milford, MI (Travel Required)

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Field Service Representatives (FSRs) to support the sustainment, fielding, and training of the Infantry Squad Vehicle (ISV). This role is based out of Milford, MI and requires frequent travel to support fielding events and training operations across multiple U.S. locations.

This is a hands-on, field-focused role supporting military vehicle platforms—if they like turning wrenches and solving problems in the field, this is their lane.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on ISV platforms during fielding and training events.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and system issues in real time.
  • Support government Material Fielding & Training (MF&T) operations across various locations.
  • Execute repairs and retrofit activities as required.
  • Coordinate parts requests and support logistics through internal systems.
  • Track and manage inventory of parts and materials.
  • Complete weekly reporting on maintenance activities, issues, and operational status.
  • Follow proper procedures for disposal of materials in accordance with site SOPs.
  • Provide remote support for ISV variants as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of hands-on technician experience (automotive, military, heavy equipment, or similar).
  • Ability to read and interpret U.S. Army Technical Manuals.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work independently in field environments.
  • Must be fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Military vehicle experience or prior DoD support work.
  • Experience supporting fielding or training operations.
  • Familiarity with inventory tracking and maintenance reporting systems.

Work Environment

  • Based out of Milford, MI with frequent travel to various U.S. locations.
  • Field and training environments supporting military operations.
  • Hands-on mechanical work in varying conditions.

Additional Requirements

  • Must complete a one-week training course in Milford, MI.
  • Must complete U.S. Army Train-the-Trainer certification (Warren, MI).
