Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician – Level III performs advanced maintenance and repair work across multiple skilled trades to keep manufacturing equipment operating safely, reliably, and efficiently. This role requires strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
We are not seeking candidates whose background is primarily:
- Facilities Maintenance
- HVAC
- General Mechanical Maintenance
- Preventive Maintenance–focused roles
We want a true troubleshooter. Someone who can independently diagnose, analyze, and fix complex electrical and mechanical failures at the root cause level — not just follow a checklist.
Schedule

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- 40 hours/week

Compensation

Base Pay: $36.00/hour

Core Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical equipment failures
- Troubleshoot drives, motors, controls, and production equipment
- Repair or replace defective components using hand and power tools
- Assemble, install, and repair:
- Electrical wiring and components
- Mechanical systems and machinery
- Piping and related systems
- Inspect, test, and operate equipment to identify malfunctions
- Disassemble machinery using hoists, cranes, and tools to access failed parts
- Clean, lubricate, and service bearings, gears, shafts, and related components
- Document maintenance activities, including type and cost of repairs
- Perform preventive maintenance as required, but not as the primary focus

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required

5–7 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex equipment failures
