Position Description

Become a vital part of ensuring the company has the best talent available. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will lead the effort in delivering high-quality candidates for various hiring needs. You will be responsible for advancing the employer brand across multiple markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Perform full life-cycle recruiting by building strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the broader organization.
  • Exercise creativity in generating candidate leads, influencing recruitment strategy, and developing your business acumen.
  • Meet with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings, ensuring a clear understanding of job duties, responsibilities, and requirements for effective sourcing strategies.
  • Partner with sourcing team members to develop candidate pipelines, leveraging new strategies for hard-to-fill roles.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience, or equivalent
  • Experience in all aspects of full life-cycle recruiting (sourcing, qualifying, networking, candidate assessment, compliance, job analysis, wage/salary trends, relationship management)
  • Expertise in recruiting a broad/deep range of positions nationally and across multiple locations
  • Ability to partner with hiring teams to develop effective recruiting, sourcing, assessment, and recruitment strategies, while managing stakeholder expectations
  • Strong organizational skills: able to maintain accurate documentation of candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities in an applicant tracking system

Skills Preferred

  • Familiarity with Kenexa applicant tracking system
  • Familiarity with Phenom Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools
  • Familiarity with Paradox automation solutions

Experience Required

  • Full life-cycle recruiting experience, with high attention to detail
  • Proficient communicator, open to multiple lines of communication with hiring managers and candidates
  • Experience recruiting for multiple types of roles, including Procurement, Finance, Contracts, Engineering, and Supply Chain, especially within a Department of Defense (DoD) environment
  • Experience working remotely and supporting hiring managers across several time zones

Education Required

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience, or equivalent combination

Additional Information

  • This is a remote position following a 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off).
