  • Maintain detailed project documentation and status reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Anticipate potential challenges and proactively develop mitigation plans.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating field testing, product validation, vehicle integration, or similar engineering-related projects.
  • Proven project management and project coordination experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Strong technical understanding of engine systems and how they integrate within equipment or vehicle platforms.
  • Hands-on experience supporting or coordinating equipment repower activities.
  • Understanding of OEM vehicle and equipment applications and how engine systems interact with surrounding vehicle systems.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project tracking tools.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and within Canada as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting off-highway, commercial vehicle, industrial equipment, or heavy-duty engine applications.
  • Background working with global engineering or product development teams.
  • Experience coordinating field validation, prototype evaluation, or product development programs.
  • Familiarity with issue tracking, risk management, and corrective action processes.
  • Formal project management training or certification.

What Will Make You Successful

  • Ability to effectively coordinate complex engine repower projects from planning through execution.
  • Strong understanding of engine operation, vehicle integration, and real-world equipment applications.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive solutions.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
