HR Data Transactions and Analytics Associate

Pay Rate: $22.94 per hour

Location: Charlotte, NC

Schedule: Normal business hours

Work Arrangement: 100% onsite

Employment Type: Long-term contract


This role is open ONLY to US Citizens as all candidates must be eligible for secret security clearance (clearance requires US Citizenship). Please note, clearance isn’t required to start (only eligibility). Candidates who are Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders), TN visa holders, H1B or F1 (OPT/CPT) candidates are NOT permitted in this role. This role is NOT open to corp2corp (C2C) or corp2hire (C2H). 


Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Data Transactions and Analytics Associate to support HR operations through employee data management, reporting, and analytics. This role is responsible for processing employee transactions, maintaining data accuracy across HR systems, supporting reporting needs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process employee data transactions, including new hires, terminations, leave of absence requests, job changes, and employee updates
  • Maintain accurate and timely employee records across multiple HR systems
  • Research and resolve data discrepancies while ensuring data integrity and compliance
  • Generate reports and analyze HR data to support business and operational decisions
  • Conduct data audits and support ongoing data quality initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance data accuracy
  • Collaborate with HR partners and team members to resolve issues and support operational goals
  • Maintain documentation and stay current on HR policies, procedures, and system updates


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience processing HR or employee data transactions
  • Experience in HR Operations, HRIS, Shared Services, or a related environment
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday, ADP, PeopleSoft, BrassRing, or ServiceNow preferred


Work Environment

  • Production-based environment with established KPI expectations
  • High-volume transactional workload with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong focus on productivity, data accuracy, quality, and customer service
