Parts & Warehouse Coordinator

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay: $23.25/hr

Position Overview

The Parts & Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting warehouse operations, inventory management, and parts processing activities. This role ensures accurate tracking, storage, and movement of parts within the warehouse while maintaining high standards for organization, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and effective collaboration with internal teams to support logistics and inventory control activities.

Key Responsibilities

Ticket Verification & Inventory Control

  • Communicate, monitor, and enforce standardized warehouse operating procedures.
  • Maintain an accurate parts return and inventory control system.
  • Review and validate warranty claim data against the physical inventory of returned parts.
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments using multiple shipping carriers.
  • Procure new inventory items and special-order components as needed.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels of consumables and operational supplies.
  • Perform additional tasks or special assignments as required.
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to support operational needs.
  • Maintain flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend work when necessary.

Parts Organization & Binning

  • Organize and categorize vehicle parts within the warehouse using established binning protocols.
  • Ensure parts are stored efficiently and easily accessible for accurate retrieval.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the binning system for operational efficiency.
  • Receive vehicle parts from suppliers and service centers and prepare them for storage.
  • Accurately track and record part quantities and storage locations within inventory systems.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in a parts department, warehouse, or logistics environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining high-quality results
  • Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports
  • Ability to work effectively independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to quickly learn proprietary inventory or warehouse management systems
  • Valid driver’s license required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment
  • OEM parts or technician training
  • Forklift certification
