Provisioning & Logistics Support Analyst

Position Overview

We’re seeking a skilled Provisioning & Logistics Support Analyst to support logistics and provisioning activities across assigned programs. This role involves research, development, and preparation of provisioning data and documentation, ensuring compliance with military standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute provisioning activities, including research, data preparation, loading, and maintenance of provisioning parts information.
  • Develop and deliver technical documentation such as Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD), Illustrated Parts Breakdown (IPB), Repair Parts and Special Tools List (RPSTL), and Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs).
  • Prepare and maintain Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) and LSA Records in accordance with applicable military standards.
  • Analyze spare and repair part requirements to support cost and resource estimation.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings, validations/verifications, logistics demonstrations, and in-process reviews.
  • Support the integration of logistics resources as part of the acquisition and sustainment lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Detailed knowledge of Military Standards used in developing Logistics Management Information (LMI) data.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
  • Proficiency with computer software and tools for LMI-related activities.
  • Experience in planning and documenting Logistics Support Analysis Records (LSAR).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead customer meetings and technical reviews.
  • Education:
  • Associate degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, OR
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Equivalent military experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with LMI applications in a defense or aerospace environment.
  • Awareness or foundational understanding of the 10 Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements.
  • Familiarity with logistics design influence and provisioning methodologies.
