Warehouse Process Specialist

Location: Whiteland, IN

Pay Rate: $25/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Process Specialist to support our operations in Whiteland, IN. The successful candidate will play a critical role ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse processes, supporting multiple departments, and maintaining compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

VAS Hospital Support

-     Prepare, package, and put away materials as needed.

-     Assist with profiling tasks and process-related approvals.

VAS Inbound/Outbound Support

-     Audit inbound shipments to identify backordered and escalated parts.

-     Assist in prioritizing work orders and monitoring productivity and process efficiency.

Indirect Purchasing Assistance

-     Partner with purchasing teams to streamline indirect purchases.

-     Monitor all SKUs to ensure appropriate stock levels, preventing over- or under-ordering.

Process Compliance

-     Ensure adherence to all operational processes and promptly escalate issues as needed to maintain standards.

Qualifications

-     Experience:

-     Minimum 1 year of experience working with Order Management Systems (OMS) and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably within a warehouse environment.

-     Education:

-     High school diploma or equivalent required.
