Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Position Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders by aligning human resources initiatives with organizational goals. This role provides broad HR support across employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compliance, compensation, and HR systems while helping foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
The HRBP partners closely with managers and employees to resolve workplace issues, drive process improvements, and support organizational growth through effective HR strategies and business partnership.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives.
- Provide HR guidance and coaching to employees, managers, and leadership.
- Build strong working relationships across departments to identify challenges and recommend practical business solutions.
- Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to recommend improvements in policies, programs, and processes.
- Develop a strong understanding of business operations, objectives, and organizational priorities.
Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Support managers throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate and onboarding experience.
- Foster an engaging workplace through strong communication and relationship building.
- Help create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters and facilitate timely resolution of workplace concerns.
- Support compensation and benefits administration.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure accurate HR records, reporting, and documentation.
- Support workplace safety initiatives and organizational compliance programs.
Organizational Development & Process Improvement
- Participate in cross-functional projects that improve HR operations and business processes.
- Lead or support change management initiatives.
- Strengthen internal communication between leadership and employees.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of four years of professional Human Resources experience.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, compliance, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
- Solid understanding of employment laws, labor regulations, conflict resolution, and employee engagement practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
- Previous Human Resources experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN/WFM) or similar HRIS platforms.
- Experience supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives.

Travel & Physical Requirements
- Occasional travel (approximately 5–10%) between company offices and manufacturing locations may be required.
- Ability to perform work involving routine sitting, standing, and walking.
Salary: $80,000-85,000 w/ 7.5% target bonus
