Helpdesk Support Technician

Location: Charlotte, NC

Contract: 6 months (extension or direct hire possible)

Compensation: $33.36/hour with optional benefits

Schedule: M-F (8am – 5pm)

Position Summary

The Helpdesk Support Specialist is responsible for efficiently managing and resolving a high volume of inquiries via email and phone. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process and respond to helpdesk emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide suppliers with effective solutions to their inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of helpdesk interactions and resolutions
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive user experience
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and manage workload efficiently in a high-volume environment

  • Basic technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously



Required Experience

  • Previous experience with the Ivalua Source-to-Pay platform


Education

  • High School Diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience, OR
  • Associate’s Degree (AA) with 1+ year of relevant experience
