Position Summary
We are seeking experienced Aerospace Assembly Technicians to support prototype manufacturing and integration activities during a planned production surge. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced development environment, working with advanced aerospace hardware and engineering teams to build, integrate, and support prototype systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on assembly, integration, and support of aerospace hardware
- Build and install components using engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical guidance
- Support prototype manufacturing activities in a rapid development environment
- Assist with hardware integration, troubleshooting, and rework as needed
- Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and documentation
- Collaborate closely with engineers, technicians, and production staff
Required Qualifications
- Experience in aerospace and/or defense manufacturing or assembly
- Demonstrated hands-on experience building or supporting aerospace hardware
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced prototype or development environment
Preferred Qualifications
- IPC-A-610 and/or IPC-620 certification
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification
- Military aviation or aircraft maintenance background
- Avionics experience, including integration, wiring, troubleshooting, or test
Compliance & Eligibility
- ITAR eligibility strongly preferred
- Experience working in regulated aerospace, defense, or aviation environments is a plus
