Position: Principal Maintainability, RAM, or Logistics Engineer
Location: Sterling Heights, MI (Van Dyke Ave.)
Position Description
Seeking an experienced Principal Maintainability, RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability), or Logistics Engineer. In this role, you will:
- Perform maintenance task analysis, defining maintenance steps, equipment, tools, timing, and personnel requirements.
- Conduct Level of Repair Analysis.
- Execute Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
- Calculate metrics such as Maintenance Ratio, Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), and Max Time To Repair (Max TTR).
- Assess and document the impact of engineering changes on maintainability and logistics, such as time to repair, spares requirements, tools, personnel, and related factors.
- Recommend design changes based on analysis to improve supportability and reduce life-cycle costs.
- Develop and revise technical documentation; write and update existing documentation, with contributions to technical papers and presentations as needed.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Reliasoft
- Experience with Opus
Experience Required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Maintainability, RAM, or Logistics Engineering
Education Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military service
