About the Role

Join our Digital Technology team as a ServiceNow Lead Developer, where you’ll design, develop, and optimize enterprise ServiceNow solutions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical leadership and business impact—driving innovation, process improvement, and scalable digital transformation across the enterprise.

What You’ll Do

• Lead ServiceNow development and implementations, including upgrades and new features.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Enhance ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM capabilities for efficiency and scalability.
• Drive automation, discovery, and integration using REST/SOAP APIs, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Ensure platform stability, compliance, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of ServiceNow development/implementation experience

Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, HTML, JavaScript

Hands-on experience with ITSM/ITOM

Bachelor's Degree

Preferred:

• ServiceNow certifications (CAD, Implementation Specialist)
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field
• Familiarity with ITIL, DevOps, Agile, AI/ML automation
