What are you going to do?

As an Inbound Call Center Agent, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You ensure that every customer contact runs smoothly and professionally. Your tasks:

• Answering incoming calls and providing clear solutions.
• Supporting customers with questions, problems and requests with a focus on maximum customer satisfaction .
• Efficiently forward incoming requests to the right department or colleagues.
• Perform administrative tasks such as updating customer files and processing orders.
• Actively contribute to process improvements and monitor the quality of our service.
• Record customer communications and accurately capture data in our CRM system .

Who are you?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized professional who:

• Experience in customer service or call center work (preferred, not required).
• Has at least a high school diploma .
• Fluent in Dutch and preferably also proficient in English .
• Works carefully, in a structured and detail-oriented manner.
• Has strong communication skills , both oral and written.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM systems .
