This is a high-performing team where average fees are upwards of £20,000. Excellent culture internally with no micro-management or KPIs. This will suit an individual looking to take their career to the next level. This business predominantly works with Sell-Side and Buy-Side businesses.

You will have:

• In-depth knowledge of the Financial Services sector.
• Previous experience placing candidates across Risk Management, Quants, Data Analytics/Data Science.
• Ability to win new business whilst managing a large PSL book.
• 360 recruitment experience.

The Role:

• Minimum of 1 day per week in the offices.
• Salaries between £40,000 - £65,000
• Market leading commission structure, paid quarterly.
• Offices based in City of London.
• Permanent, Interim or Dual-Desk.
