An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Compliance Recruitment Consultant to join one of the leading Financial Services recruitment agencies based in London. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the Financial Services market, across Banking and Buy-Side organisations. My client is open to speaking to candidates from Senior Consultant up to Associate Director level. A great role for someone looking to take advantage of this clients relationships across the FS world.

Your Experience:

• Proven experience working in a 360 capacity.
• Experienced Compliance recruiter.
• Open to candidates with an Insurance, FinTech, Buy/Sell Side recruitment background.
• Potential to manage a team - will need to be a fee-earner and contribute to the team's overall billings.

The Job:

• 3 days per week in their London offices.
• Salaries from £35,000 - £65,000 for the successful candidate.
• Commission up to 45%
• Well-stablished book of clients from day 1.
