The successful candidate will be recruiting for clients across Commerce & Industry, and Financial Services. My client is looking to speak with candidates operating across Technology, HR, or Go-To-Market.

Your Experience:

• Proven 360 recruitment experience.
• Experienced recruiting across Technology, HR, or Go-To-Market/Sales disciplines.
• Billings above £150k in the last 12 months.
• If you are coming from an HR background, they will look at Reward, Business Support, Marketing consultants.

The Job:

• 4 days per week in their London offices.
• Average fee size of £15k.
• Average margins between 18% - 22.5%
• Salaries from £40,000 - £60,000
• Commission up to 30%, paid monthly.
• Social environment with networking events encouraged.
• Interview Process - 2 to 3 stages.
