Salary/Pay Rate: $110,000 - $130,000 [Relocation assistance available]

This 99-bed hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead their Cardiac Cath Lab team. Job Description:
The Director of Cardiac Cath Lab will provide overall leadership and management for the department. This role involves ensuring efficient operations, maintaining high standards of care, and fostering a positive team environment. The Director will collaborate with physicians and other departments to deliver seamless patient experiences.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree
- RN, APRN, RCIS, or state registered Radiologic Tech (RT)
- 2-3 years of recent Team Lead/Supervisor/Manager experience in Cath/EP in an acute hospital setting
Preferred Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with physicians and staff
- Experience with performance improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards
