Job Description:

The Purchasing Agent will manage the procurement of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-efficiency. This role involves sourcing and negotiating with vendors, evaluating supplier performance, and collaborating with internal teams to meet project needs.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the HVAC or plumbing industry.
• Familiarity with HVAC equipment and parts.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (Sage300 preferred).
• Bilingual
