A client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Probate and Fiduciary Disputes Attorney to join our dynamic Private Client Services department. This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a well-established team of 24 attorneys and contribute to complex and high-value litigation matters. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in probate administration and litigation and a commitment to providing excellent service to our high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage probate administration and litigation cases.
• Conduct court proceedings, including trials.
• Handle guardianship litigation.
• Independently manage cases with significant responsibility.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Collaborate with partners on complex litigation matters.

Qualifications:

• 6-10+ years of experience in probate administration and litigation.
• Proven experience in court and trial work.
• Experience in guardianship litigation.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
