Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal counsel on employee benefits and executive compensation matters, particularly in corporate transactions.
- Draft and review legal documents related to deferred compensation, retirement plans, and welfare benefits.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support client advisory and transactional work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients’ executive compensation and benefits needs.
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance and best practices in benefits administration.
- Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate from a Top 100 or so law school with honors, distinction or publications.

3-5 years of experience with exposure to benefits and executive compensation law.
- Experience with complex corporate employment law or other niche transactional matters
- Exceptional Educational Background is beneficial for this sophisticated environment.
- Admission to the Tennessee Bar or ability to transfer and obtain licensure expediently.
