Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Junior Partner


Practice Area: Commercial Real Estate & Corporate Transactions

Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in Atlanta)

Schedule: No minimum billable requirement, Monday-Friday regular hours

Salary: $180k to $275k base salary

They are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced attorney to join our client's dynamic team. The role is designed for a senior associate or junior partner with a proven track record in commercial real estate. A modest book of business is preferably, and the hired individual will be at the forefront of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. A key focus will be on the formation of corporate entities and navigating the intricate landscape of due diligence, financing, and dispositions. This position requires a candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset and a dedication to cultivating and nurturing lasting client relationships.


You will assume immediate and significant responsibility, providing a rare opportunity for hands-on experience and direct mentorship from seasoned partners. The firm values a focus on quality client service over a rigid billable-hour requirement, creating an atmosphere that rewards efficiency and exceptional legal outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active and in good standing with a State Bar.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in commercial real estate law.


Preferred Skills:

  • Extensive experience representing commercial real estate developers.
  • A background in general corporate transactional law (e.g., contracts, dispositions).
  • Demonstrated ability to originate and sustain client relationships.
  • A small existing book of business is preferred for candidates applying at the junior partner level.
