Title: Permanent Placement: RN Med Surg/Tele (Nights)

Location: Winchester, VA

Salary/Pay Rate: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour (Relocation Offered, Sign-on Bonus $15,000 - $20,000)

Schedule: Nights

Unit/Specialty: Medical Surgical/Telemetry (30 beds, 1:6 patient ratio)

Job Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) in Med Surg/Tele is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide high-quality patient care. This includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN will also direct and coordinate care, provide patient education, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN, AND, or RN Diploma)
• RN license in Virginia (or compact state)

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
