Job Description:

The Director of Cath Lab, RN, will play a vital role in leading and managing the Cath Lab department and staff. This includes overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care within the cardiac catheterization laboratory, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and promoting teamwork among healthcare providers. The Director will also be responsible for resource management, staff performance, and customer satisfaction within the Cath Lab.

Required Skills:

• Active Florida RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
• 1+ years of experience as a Cath Lab Director or Manager in an acute care setting

Preferred Skills:

• RCVT certification
