Description:
This is a career-shaping opportunity for a mid-level associate to join an elite litigation team focused on Financial Services Disputes and Investigations. The practice involves complex civil and regulatory litigation, as well as high-profile white collar defense and internal corporate investigations. The associate will engage directly with global clients on sophisticated legal matters including enforcement actions, False Claims Act cases, and corporate compliance issues.
The role offers high-level exposure to all litigation phases—case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation—while supporting major trial teams handling cutting-edge legal disputes. Qualifications:
- 3–5 years litigation experience in an Am Law 100 or similar large firm
- Demonstrated complex litigation capabilities, particularly in regulatory or financial matters
- Preferred: experience with motion practice, depositions, and trial prep
- Prior role as federal or state prosecutor or defense counsel a strong plus
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Proven client management and interpersonal communication ability
- Capable of managing multiple responsibilities under high pressure
- Licensed and in good standing in Washington State, or ability to waive in
