Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Room setting.
• Perform triage and prioritize patient needs based on the severity of the condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Conduct venipuncture and other necessary procedures for patient diagnostics.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and manage critical situations effectively.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate medical records using Cerner or similar electronic health record systems.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards within the ER environment.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Experience in emergency medicine or urgent care preferred.
• Strong venipuncture skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Familiarity with inhalation therapies is beneficial.

Additional Information:

• Pay: $2,922.00 - $3,163.00 per week
• Hourly Rate: $54-$79
