Title: Registered Nurse (Free Housing and Relocation)

Location: Dexter, MO

Salary/Pay Rate: $60,000 - $70,000 per year + $5,000 sign-on bonus,

Relocation assistance including 30 days of free housing, benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, sick time, 401k, paid holidays, professional development), shift differentials

Schedule: Shift differentials for evening and night shifts

Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be a key member of the healthcare team, responsible for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. This includes assessing patient needs, developing personalized care plans, and coordinating care with a team. You will also play a vital role in advocating for patients, mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.


Required Skills:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri (or willing to obtain one before employment)
  • At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care, home care, hospice, skilled nursing facility, or med-surg
  • Strong clinical skills, sound decision-making, and a commitment to accountability
  • Empathy and compassion when caring for patients and their families
  • Passion for making a difference and providing quality care


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience leading and coordinating patient care within a team
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Willingness to stay up to date on the latest nursing practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
