Location: Dexter, MO

Salary/Pay Rate: $60,000 per year

Relocation assistance including 30 days of free housing, benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, sick time, 401k, paid holidays, professional development), shift differentials

Schedule: Shift differentials for evening and night shifts

Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of patients. You will be responsible for delivering compassionate care that includes assessing patient needs, developing personalized care plans, and working collaboratively with a team to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will also serve as a patient advocate, mentor team members, and maintain accurate documentation while upholding the highest standards of care.


Required Skills:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri (or willing to obtain one before employment)
  • Strong clinical skills, a commitment to accountability, and sound decision-making abilities
  • Empathy and compassion for patients and their families
  • A passion for providing quality care and making a difference


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in long-term care, home care, hospice, skilled nursing facilities, or med-surg (though new graduates are welcome)
  • Ability to lead and coordinate patient care within a team
  • Willingness to embrace continuous improvement and contribute to a culture of growth
