We are partnering with a leading healthcare provider in Bethlehem, PA, to identify a dedicated Unit Supervisor for their short-term rehabilitation unit. This role is critical for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a unit that functions similarly to a med/surg environment, with patient stays averaging up to 15 days. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care and staff accountability while upholding the values and mission of the organization. Location: Bethlehem, PA 18015

Position: Unit Supervisor

Salary: $75,000 - $81,000 annually (Evening shift differential: +$2/hr, Flex shift differential: +$3/hr)

Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Work Hours: Evening shift (3 PM - 11 PM) or Flex shift (11 PM - 7 AM), 37.5 hours per week, every other weekend, with a holiday rotation

Sign-on Bonus: $10,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the unit, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Foster a team environment focused on patient care and accountability.
  • Oversee patient care in a short-term rehabilitation setting, similar to a med/surg unit.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Nurse Supervisor in a Med/Surg or Rehab LTC/STR or hospital unit.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in a nursing supervisory role.
  • Experience with wound care is highly desirable.

  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Proven track record in improving team performance and patient outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
