Senior Product Marketing Manager
At Loxo, we’re not simply offering you a job - we’re inviting you to join a team that is paving the future of the recruitment industry. In this role, you will have a mix of responsibilities you've probably held before, as well as responsibilities and projects that many companies shy away from due to fear of the unknown. Loxo isn't the place for everybody, and we recognize that. We move quickly and hold the team to high standards. If you're looking to just get by, for a monotonous role, or for a place where you can blend into the background - this isn't the opportunity for you.
That being said, we also recognize that very few people will meet 100% of the qualifications below. We don't expect to find a unicorn. But what we are looking for is someone with the passion, desire, and tenacity to learn and master the above. We're looking for someone with a growth mindset and high potential. So if reading this excites you, but you're worried about not checking every box, that's ok - we still want to get the chance to meet you.
About the role
Loxo is a fast-growing unicorn startup transforming the talent acquisition and recruitment SaaS industry with innovative technology and a customer-centric vision. As our sole Product Marketing Manager, you’ll have the unique once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work directly with our Founder CEO and product leadership team, gaining deep insight into scaling a high-growth company. This role is designed for a top 1% PMM who can own the entire product marketing function, blending strategic vision, data-driven execution, and compelling storytelling to drive Loxo’s growth in a competitive SaaS landscape.
This person is not someone who likes to do things “by the book” or just focus on strategy.
This person is someone who knows there's a better way to do things, but has been held up by red tape or fear of change from their leadership.
This person is not someone who needs to be told exactly what to do and how to manage their time.
This person is someone who identifies problems and opportunities, comes up with a plan, and takes action to drive results.
This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing and will work very closely with the Founder CEO, Product leadership, Customer Success, and Sales to make a significant impact for the business.
What you’ll do
As Loxo’s Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be the strategic and operational heart of our product marketing efforts. You’ll immerse yourself in product development alongside our Founder CEO and product leadership, translating customer insights and product capabilities into powerful positioning, lifecycle strategies, and go-to-market plans. This all-encompassing role requires a high agency, hard-working, emerging marketing and product leader who can orchestrate product launches, own positioning and enablement, empowering sales and customer success, influence cross-functional teams—all while helping play a key role in driving measurable outcomes like ARR, retention, and expansion revenue.
Core responsibilities
-
Customer-Driven Positioning & Differentiation: Craft crystal-clear positioning that highlights Loxo’s unique value (e.g., superior UX, integrations, or ROI) in the talent acquisition market, using customer discovery & data and deep marketplace analysis to validate insights and drive acquisition.
-
Comprehensive Project Organization: Create and manage a centralized system to track all product projects, features, and launches, ensuring alignment and transparency across product, sales, and marketing teams.
-
Stakeholder Communication: Deliver concise, impactful updates on project statuses, new features, and launches to internal (e.g., sales, customer success) and external (e.g., customers, partners) stakeholders, fostering alignment and excitement.
-
Sales Enablement: Develop high-impact sales enablement materials, including battlecards, ROI calculators, demos, and objection-handling guides, to shorten sales cycles and boost win rates in B2B SaaS deals.
-
Customer Lifecycle Optimization: Collaborate with the Customer Marketing Manager to map customer journeys, identify drop-off points, and create targeted campaigns (e.g., onboarding emails, feature adoption nudges) to reduce churn, increase upsells, and maximize LTV.
-
Product Launch Orchestration: Lead end-to-end product launches, coordinating content, PR, and enablement to generate buzz and drive adoption, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market timing.
-
Messaging & Positioning: Work cross-functionally with key team members to create clear + compelling messaging and positioning for each segment and persona.
-
Cross-Functional Influence: Act as a strategic partner to the Founder CEO, VP of Marketing, product leadership, and sales teams, using data and storytelling to align stakeholders and influence product roadmaps with customer-driven features.
-
Experimentation & Adaptability: Run disciplined experiments (e.g., A/B tests on pricing pages or campaigns) and pivot based on results, staying ahead of market trends and competitor moves.
-
Solo Ownership: Take full accountability for all product marketing responsibilities, thriving as a one-person force that keeps all stakeholders on the same page and equipped with materials that drive acquisition, retention, and revenue in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Experience: 4+ years in product marketing or a related role in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of owning end-to-end marketing strategies that drive acquisition, retention, and revenue.

-
Storytelling Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting precise, differentiated narratives that resonate with personas (e.g., recruiters, hiring managers, enterprises).
-
Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to blend strategic vision with analytical rigor, influencing product roadmaps and prioritizing high-impact growth levers.
-
Organizational Mastery: Advanced project management skills, with experience using tools like Jira, Github, Asana, or Confluence to manage complex workflows and align stakeholders.
-
Experimentation Mindset: Comfort running disciplined experiments (e.g., A/B tests) and adapting strategies based on data-driven insights.
-
Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to command respect from execs, engineers, and sales teams, acting as a strategic partner to the C-suite.
-
Startup Hustle: Thrives in ambiguity, with a self-starter mentality and the ability to build processes from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
-
Bonus Points: Experience in talent acquisition/recruitment SaaS, familiarity with product management methodologies, or a track record of successful product launches.
