What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of a busy household.
  • Coordinating schedules, appointments, errands and household projects.
  • Anticipating needs and solving problems before they become problems.
  • Coordinating a household helper and helping prioritize daily and weekly responsibilities.
  • Supporting the children before and after school, including transportation and activities as needed.
  • Assisting with meal planning, grocery shopping and keeping the home organized.
  • Coordinating vendors, appointments and service providers.
  • Running occasional errands and handling a variety of household and personal projects.
  • Communicating proactively with the family throughout the day so everyone stays informed.

They understand how to anticipate needs, communicate proactively, exercise good judgment and stay calm when priorities change.


Whether those skills were developed managing your own household, supporting another family, serving as a Household Manager, Family Assistant, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager or through another highly organized support role, what matters most is your ability to bring order, dependable follow-through and a genuine desire to help others.


You should genuinely enjoy being around school-aged children and dogs and be looking for a long-term opportunity where you can build trusted relationships.


Schedule & Compensation

This is a full-time position with a schedule that is generally Monday through Friday, approximately 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Flexibility is appreciated from time to time, but this is not a role that regularly requires late evenings or unpredictable hours.


Compensation is expected to be in the $65,000-$75,000 range, depending on experience, along with paid time off and additional benefits.
