What You’ll Do

• Provide Advanced BC Consulting Services
• Deliver functional and technical consulting, offering best-practice guidance and strategic recommendations for Business Central solutions.
• Conduct complex requirement analysis and architectural design across diverse industries.
• Lead Definition & Discovery Phases
• Partner with project managers and clients to scope, plan, and define project deliverables.
• Conduct business process reviews, gap analysis, and design sessions to ensure solutions fit client needs.
• Solution Implementation & Optimization
• Oversee installation, configuration, data migration, and third-party integrations for D365 Business Central.
• Drive system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for robust, scalable solutions.
• Mentoring & Team Leadership
• Coach junior consultants, share expertise, and foster professional growth.
• Promote best practices and continuous learning across the team.
• Client Relationship Management
• Act as the main contact for stakeholders, aligning solutions with business goals.
• Maintain proactive communication and maximize client satisfaction.
• Pre-Sales Support & Thought Leadership
• Support presales by presenting solution approaches, drafting scopes, and providing technical expertise.
• Contribute thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and case studies.
• Project & Stakeholder Coordination
• Work with developers, analysts, and project managers to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep clients and leadership informed.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation
• Stay current on the latest Business Central releases and trends.
• Enhance methodologies and tools to streamline delivery and improve outcomes.
