In this role you can expect to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient information systems and operations systems in support of core organizational functions as well as assist with upgrades, training, and support for the Sage Intacct solution.  You will work directly with customers to identify business requirements with sufficient detail and clarity to allow technical solution proposal development and deployment as well as use their problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of Sage Intacct system investments. Additionally, the Sage Intacct Consultant will work with other consultants, customer service, and sales team to develop and close services projects and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and ease of on-going support.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage Sage Intacct implementations, leading project teams in defining, planning, and implementing the Sage Intacct solution.
  • Document processes, timelines, and responsibilities and leverage appropriate tools and resources.
  • Build relationships with customers and work closely with them to achieve the best solutions to maximize product use, benefits, and functionality.
  • Develops and executes a challenging and interesting self-education and professional development plan.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


 Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience using ERP solutions 
  • Experience implementing Sage Intacct and related solutions highly desirable.
  • Understanding of operational processes and requirements in the ERP world, including but not limited to project accounting, financial management including multi-company consolidations, quote to cash, procure to pay, operations, and e-commerce/CRM functions highly desired.
  • Experience providing pre-sales support including product demonstrations and assisting in needs analysis and solution recommendations.
  • Experience with project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, business process mapping and end-to-end process experience desired.
  • Experience in utilizing defined and structured implementation processes and project management methodologies desired.
  • Have professional exposure in business workflow.
  • Solid communication skills with good follow-up and follow-through on assigned tasks and responsibilities to timeline.
  • Must be able to travel 30% as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or computer science, information technology, quality assurance, or equivalent strongly preferred.
